When you submit a loan assessment, buying plan, visit request or WhatsApp enquiry, we collect the name, phone number and relevant details you choose to provide.

We use these details to respond, prepare an initial assessment and contact you through WhatsApp. Income and debt figures are used for an initial loan estimate; that result is kept in a restricted private dashboard and is not displayed publicly.

To access, correct or ask us to delete your submission, contact Ares on WhatsApp with your reference. Do not submit identity numbers, bank passwords or complete bank documents in public forms.
